  • effit is your new workout accountability buddy but with a twist. We’re here to make exercise fun whilst keeping you accountable and building healthy habits together. You set fitness goals, drag your friends into it, and set some spicy forfeits if anyone slacks off. Miss a workout? Better be ready to cough up a punishment (or worse, some cash!). And don’t even think about cheating- we’ve got photo proof for that.

    • Step 1: Set a goal that makes you feel like a boss—whether it’s running 5K, smashing 100 squats, or just moving off the couch.

    • Step 2: Create a pact and bring your friends along for the ride. The more, the merrier (or guiltier when they lose).

    • Step 3: Add a forfeit. Could be anything—buying coffee, embarrassing dance videos, whatever makes you not want to lose.

    • Step 4: Smash that workout, take a sweaty selfie, and upload it. Proof or it didn’t happen!

    • Step 5: Get hyped (or heckled) by your friends for making or missing your goals. Accountability = leveled up.

  • Heck yeah! Whether you’re just starting out or you’re already on a first-name basis with the gym staff, Effit works for you. You set your goals, you set the pace. Zero judgment, maximum fun.

  • Glad you asked. A forfeit is your punishment if you don’t hit your goal. Didn’t complete your workout? You might owe your buddy dinner, or worse, you’ll have to post that cringey TikTok dance. Trust us, this is motivation on a whole new level. This is something you really don’t want to do!

  • Simple. After your workout, the app will get you to snap a quick pic, whether it’s a sweaty selfie, a shot of your running shoes, or your gym equipment. Upload it so your pact can give you the thumbs up (or, if you’re sneaky, the side-eye). Try to cheat and your pact members could ask for further proof.

  • A pact is your accountability crew- the people who will hype you up or call you out. They’ll see your goals, track your progress, and make sure you’re keeping your word. It’s like having a squad of personal trainers...minus the yelling.

  • You bet it is! The core features- setting goals, group messaging, joining pacts and verifying workouts are totally free. We will have some sweet extras available if you’re into that, but the basics are all yours, no strings attached.

  • Just hit ‘invite- in the app, and send a message to your contacts, or you can create a code and send that to your run club, or your friends on your socials. Once they’re in, let the fun, team motivation (and friendly trash talk) begin.

  • Your data’s as safe as those dumbbells in the corner that nobody touches. We take privacy seriously-your photos, goals, and information are kept secure and only shared with the people in your pact. No snooping allowed!
